Ever since I got married i can feel the sadness within me getting more and more, i am pregnant right now, i shouldn't even be having these sort of thoughts yet these type of thoughts are what bringing me peace.

As I understand it, pregnancy can induce or amplify a sort of roller coaster of moods. Do you have any family members who have been through this that might be able to offer any encouragement or advice?
I struggled severely when pregnant. Many can have prenatal depression or anxiety. The hormones can do all sorts to people.
Is there anyone you can speak with. I hate the medical profession but I would see a doctor. Many people take meds when pregnant or something to help
