  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

As I'm sure most of you know, there is no quick fix for suicidal thoughts or mental illnesses. However, I'm making my first post in the Recovery section today. I'm going to list the things that will help me:

-Taking my antidepressants on a regular basis

-Regular exercise and physical activity

-Eating healthier

-Getting my license

-Not as much time on technology as I usually spend

-Somehow getting rid of my anger issues

Not going into recovery, not deciding to recover as I have no fucking idea how to do that, however, thought I'd brainstorm some things that would help me feel better.

The word "regular" occurs in each of your first two items. It may be that working at a routine can hep build a momentum that might carry you through more difficult times.
