What keeps me sane and living, for now at least, is the thought and fact that I may be able to leave this life and end the pain soon when I found a good method and the tools needed. The only problem is that this heavily reduces the motivation to be responsible and do the things I need to do to prepare for life in case I don't find a ctb method. I.e. since I will be gone when I have my method, I am not motivated to do things like staying healthy, getting mental health treatment and looking for and keeping employment.
