  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Today started out not great like yesterday. Like almost all days. I woke up drenched in sweat because I had a nightmare where I relived finding his body again. It never stops. This is the nightmare I have the most often about him. I was too depressed to take a shower, so now I'm extra smelly but I don't care because I don't care about anything...

I very much relate to Rue in the season 1 episode of "Euphoria" where she is just too depressed to get out of bed to pee even though she has that aching feeling in her abdomen. That's exactly what I'm going through right now.

because of all of this, I'm asking for a distractions whether it be music suggestions or TV or movie or anything because I can't stop the thought loops and I've just been laying in bed crying for the past 2 hours.

Thank you guys ❤️

You might consider getting a portable timer and set the alarm to go off at intervals that would help you break into thoughts that reoccur.
