Been waiting for something to happen for weeks now - tonight was the first day I drank pure water in months, and I almost made it through with no food at all. ended up binging, I've been eating single crackers and such for lunch and sadly can't avoid dinner. feel terrible, and debated purging for the first time. any advice?

When you say pure water, do you mean you've been drinking other things like juice, sodas etc?
They will still have some water in (though not much depending on what you drink)

I have had some lemonades and milkshakes (I love them too much) other than that no liquids. Avoided watery foods like watermelon and cucumber also.
