How Intense are your thoughts to ctb. Does anyone drive and just think how easy it would be to just crash your car? Mine are moderate at the moment. I know I want to ctb but I'm stuck because of my survival instincts. I'm not sure which method I want to use. I think about ctb everyday. From the time I wake up til the time I go to bed. Nothing I do distracts myself. I work, I paint, cut, and use different "coping skills," but nothing takes away the thoughts.
