Had my annual review! My boss told me I should just quit! So I'm gonna!

I have an appointment at 230, so I'm gonna be leaving the house then. Bringing. Seroquel, some other antipsychotic my psych prescribed, my Adderall wellbutrin and zoloft as well as my SN. Gonna pick up a bottle of water and some vodka and then drive until I can't anymore, and then hopefully my bus will be there!

Mods if I don't respond in two weeks I'm happy!!!

I'm not sure but I think I read that alcohol and sn don't mix.

After 17 years of depression, 5-6 failed attempts, and a stint in inpatient that ruined my life, yes :) thank you though

And I would have the same reaction....
I also read that you need to fast before taking sn.

No, @logan spouts a positive agenda and doesn't listen/read when people are truly hopeless. He/she says things like 'but you can change if you really want to'. It's really triggering and others have responded saying their mantra isn't welcome.

Opinions are fine but negating someone's struggles and hopelessness with a quick quip of advice like it will bring on an ephiphanies is wrong and I don't think SS in joining this would have approved him had he said this was his modus operandus. He mentions his hopelessness and then responds to others differently.

That's your opinion. And maybe you're right. It's just that their particular post you reacted to previously didn't seem harmful. But that's also my opinion. Either way I don't think that this thread is a place for such feud…..

If someone wants to end his life today because he lost his job then it makes sense to stop him.
After all, it is about a human life - about a fellow human being in a desperate situation.

If you think it's right to just wish him good luck, I think it's irresponsible.

I disagree with this, how far does that logic go? Deciding whether the reason for someones choice is good enough is not ours to make. That's overstepping our bounds and playing god. All we really should do is observe and potentially wish them well. If they decide otherwise and ask for help, then you should intervene.
