Hello Everyone,
Sorry you are here.

Just wanted to inform you all that with regard to Lithium Carbonate Overdose, not throwing up is a very real concern. This itself makes the method risky and possibly not worth it.
I did a course of domperidone for two hours, (taking two tablets each hour), and then began to drink my poison (a mixture of 81 grams of Lithium Carbonate Tablets crushed and mixed with approximately one litre of water). The taste was terribly bitter, and it caused a burning sensation at the back of my throat, probably due to the strongly basic nature of the lithium carbonate solution.
I drank two glasses with bits of Coca Cola to manage the taste, somehow keeping it all in, with a dustbin ready i front of me in case I needed to puke. As soon as i gulped the third glass, I realised that I could not control myself and puked everything into the dustbin.
I hadn't eaten anything except a couple of biscuits(along with the domperidone) two hours prior to beginning the attempt. So all that came out was water and Coca Cola. But it felt like hell. I wanted to puke out more and more even though there literally wasn't anything in my stomach that could come out. I was also left with a burning sensation on my tongue and the back of my throat, which luckily resolved itself after about 14 hours of sleep.

After puking out a significant portion of my poison, I decided that I wasn't left with enough to make a lethal dose, even if I could somehow chug it all in. So I stopped the attempt, cleaned up the mess, and slept.
I don't think I will sustain any long term damage, but the attempt was a complete failure.

Might as well live

Thank you for the detailed description. I think the best resources for us here are to know the risk potetial and effectiveness of diferent methods.
I am sorry for your suffering and wish you the best.

The burning in your mouth and throat might have been caused by the acidic nature of the chemical and the acidity in coke.

The acidity in coke is probably irrelevant here because I drank very little of it, just to soothe my taste buds
Lithium Carbonate combined with water yields the weak and unstable carbonic acid along with with the stronger base Lithium Hydroxide.

It is this Lithium Hydroxide whose basic nature burned at my tongue and throat.

Lithium is basically a heavy metal.

You are just going to get heavy metal poisoning which is hard and painful to die from.

Also, it will probably leave you with Serotonin Syndrome which will do a lot of things to you, especially if you are a guy.

That sounds very horrible what you had to go through. Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like that method of ctb is best avoided.

Lithium is the lightest metal there exists, lol.

But I get your point, Lithium poisoning seems to be similar in effects to heavy metal poisoning.
It is painful, sure, but my rationale was that if I could ingest enough Lithium, I would be able to damage my body, more specifically my kidneys, enough that my time on this planet will be greatly limited. Kidney failure is not painful (at least that is what I have read) and if I refuse dialysis, I can be sure of catching the bus, either within days or months.

Honestly at this point I am desperate to die, I am willing to do anything that will hasten the process of my death, and that includes damaging my internal organs to irreparable extents.

But with lithium, I could not even ingest the poison, I puked it all out. So the method was a complete failure. If someone can figure out a way to ingest enough lithium without puking it out, maybe this method could be useful.

this method could be made useful if one is able to retain enough lithium in their body, (maybe by swallowing whole pills instead of the slurry that I made?) and not puke it out. But even then, it is bound to be a somewhat torturous method

Sorry the experience was unpleasant. I've taken Lithium for years and years. Never really thought of trying to ctb with it- but I may have in the future. Thanks for passing along how it played out for you. I definitely will cross Lithium off the list for me.

I
How much did you take?
took 27 strips (each strip had 10 tablets, so 270 tablets) of lithium carbonate 300 mg instant release tablets and crushed them. The resultant powder mixed in around 2 litres of water was supposed to be my poison. Unfortunately i could not ingest enough of it and keep it in my stomach
for long enough for it to ve absorbed.
