Man I wish I could just tell my therapist /family my issues so I can be committed or something I guess I got to much pride and I think she would just tell me to cope or some shit like I ain't already been doing that .

I would say most therapists will have you admitted if you express the severity of your thoughts. If nothing else, there would be an issue of liability had you gone to a mental health professional, confessed your intent/desire to harm yourself, they did nothing to concretely help, and then you followed through.
I understand how difficult it can be to talk so openly to a therapist, though. I hope you can find the courage to tell someone because it seems doing so would benefit you.

I agree. I think you should vent with someone. Sometimes it does us good to get it all out. And this forum is great for that.
