I haven't seen a lot of talk around the TTS method (Thicc Thigh Suffocation). I've seen rumors of this method but no evidence of its legitimacy. I assume with the right teamwork this method would be a great way to go. Would this method be more reliable than CO? Also let me know if anyone wants to help me with this. Preferably female.
