Help Tying plastic bags around my head

Is this effective? Put a bunch of Walmart bags or whagever over your head. Ziptie em around your neck and suffocate. How risky is this? Any more then hanging? I imagine I wouldn't be able to rip through like 5 layered bags or whatever when I'm suffocating. I'm feeling desperate I want to be dead so soon

I think the standard wisdom is that plastic bag suffocation causes such strong panic that your conscious mind just won't be able to keep you from ripping the bags off. You will have superhuman strength!!
