One member reported it being very salty and that she was getting hot. Then she just vanished. She was confirmed dead a few days later by another member.

Yeah, it happens rather quickly. This is my method. It's supposed to be relatively painless. You just get really hot, disoriented, a headache, sleepy, and then you lose consciousness and don't wake up.
