  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Things are more or less the same on my side. Monday I got vaccinated, my body did not handle it very well, but it seems like I am getting over it.

Things are pretty depressing; have been living in a complex since 2019 , but it is only recently that my neighbors became more acutely aware of me, this after one of their kids defecated outside my door. I talked to the parent, and body corporate, but since then everyone is treating me differently, as in, some ignore me, while others wanting to talk when they see me, they also added me to their whatsapp group, which is rather busy for such a small complex, birthday wishes etc. They probably wonder what I do all day, as I am home most of the time, alone, and when they see me I usually unload groceries.....It is just that I dont want to make friends here, I dont want to chitchat every-time that I leave my apartment, I do not want to explain my life either. I dont want to answer questions about my life. What they do not see is a crippled person, as my disability, and daily struggles are not visible to the naked eye. The other day my neighbour send a whatspapp to every one in the group asking if there is men home who is willing to help her carry sandbags, I felt so guitly, because i did not reply, I am not willing to share my health status on a whatsapp group, to people who I hardly know.

Anyway, my part time work (from home) is also about to crash as my client ignores me, turn off their systems when I am suppose to work on it, yet we in a contract. It is really frustrating, and agonizing.

I am thinking of going away for sometime, but not sure if I would able to get away from myself, while knowing that things wont get better, health, work wise, future.

I hope you all are doing ok?

You might consider telling those in the apartment you are dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It is so poorly understood that it could be a plausible excuse for almost anything.
