Presuming I could take enough benzos and/or melatonin to knock me out for a good long while, are there readily available supplements of minerals and/or vitamins that would eventually make me CTB?

This is a non-method. Is it possible? Yes. A high dose of potassium could stop your heart. However, for this to be possible it would probably have to be pure potasssium given through an IV. As far as oral supplements go, I doubt it.
