i don't think we have exact numbers. we know the failure rate is higher but many case reports of people taking it without antiemetics and they ctb regardless.

Meto is recommended for sure, imo. This is what we know so far. Members who vomited didn't necessarily fail because of that, typically it was because they were "rescued".
