That's not how humans work, and it's not how animals work. War and duels are dangerous options, reserved for situations where there's a significant gain to be had.
In terms of survival from a naturalistic perspective, eating, procreating and maintaining strong alliances is more efficient, and also what both animals and human tend to prefer to do.

I don't know of any society where the weak have been routinely killed simply for being physically inferior.
