I doubt anyone here could give you a reliable answer to this question.
But if I had to guess, it's a long painful process which will unlikely kill you.

Take a couple of good ecstasy pills then you feel like your burning up then you overdo the water and die. That happens. Doubt you'll achieve it without the alterred state the pills bring on.

Horrible way to go, there is an news story somewhere in which a woman died from it. It was NOT on purpose. She was intense pain, namely a severe and I do mean severe headache. (read up on what it does to the brain) Not reliable and not painless....just terrible.

I tried this years ago (trust me i was desperate as i was locked in hospital) and i had the worst headache you could imagine.
i was also in bathroom all night and it failed miserably .. i drank a lot, as quick as i could. Pints and pints. Not reliable and not a good choice IMO
