Story What about the PETS??

[The Lonely]

So my pets are the only reason I kept myself surviving for this long.

The thing is that I can't imagine leaving them behind, because I don't have no one who will take care of them… (but I see relatives pretty able to even harming them)…

By the other hand they are getting also depressive because of the poor conditions I'm able to provide them lately… (this is the Ok sign for me to go).

And there's something else: if I "leave" and won't be able to feed them etc in the next morning they will (also suffer And scream!!) A lot!!

I am the type of person who can't do any harm to a bug… And now this.

Last year a woman jumped from the 6° floor with her dog in my city. (The dog survived).

Then I noticed it is not an "issue" only for me….
How are you guys willing to do?
I may say I'm aware about the "ending" of this but it's being hard(…) :/

It's a shame that you can't rest easy leaving them to the family :/, but I wouldn't leave them either.
"Luckily", I can't have pets in this apartment and that's why I'm not linked to any...Do you have a friend to whom you could leave it? Otherwise there would be the option of an animal shelter, or wait for them to pass first...but I understand that enduring so long is difficult.

As I ended up totally alone (With them) it created a strong bond between us (who kept me alive this far) but also is making them suffer…

I understand how you feel, about leaving the animals behind. I see my cat as very important to me. If I had no one to take care of my pet I would consider giving them away such as a shelter and I would make sure they were in a place they were cared for before I left this earth.

My pets aren't technically only mine, so in my case, there will still be someone(s) left to care for them.
Not in the same way, but they won't be outright abandoned as far as I can tell, not left to suffer.
I do have to turn down the opportunity for any more pets though, because despite any fleeting desire, I can't justify taking on another animal when I know my days are numbered.
I am sorry you don't have an easy solution to this.
I still-selfishly-almost wish the rest of my pets had passed away before my time came, so that I wouldn't have to leave them behind.

I have a bird. He would be lonely if I ctb, so I'm thinking about getting another bird to keep him company.
That woman who jumped with her dog... That's messed up. Don't bring others (humans, animals) into this.

See: I am totally living because of them. (It's a family well known fact, actually the whole town knows). I thought I would live until they would de alive, but now I see that this is not going to happen.

Sooner then the expected I became the old lady with cats who never leaves the house.

(I already had a pet who got depressed before and it was so tragic because from quiet and needy he became to auto-mutilate himself. Was terrible, and back then I found a new home and reallocated him in to a house with others from his specie, etc).

Ten years ago, when I thought about having a new pet I took two (a couple), in order to have company since I was pretty aware of what could happen about living one pet alone at home all day.

Well now it's a different situation (which I could never have prepared for): Is that now the pets are not alone all day long. Is the Three of us!!!!
Is sad because I feel they getting sad, (I force myself to interact and everything) but they know when I cry, besides the fact that they need interaction, to see people etc… and I am not being successful at this anymore.

They are the purest and cutest creatures "god" could ever had sent to the earth and this is not fair. (now I'm crying) :/
