• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

What is the worst that can happen with this method?
I live with no one so I won't be found.
For some reason can I change my position once unconscious or can I wake up, get scared and change my position?
Terrified of the idea of hanging myself, having neurological damage and for some reason stop hanging myself and have to live an even more miserable life.
Is there a possibility of having seizures or something like that that will cause your body to change position and therefore stop hanging?
I really want to try this because the night night method didn't work for me and I'm desperate. I can't stand to live anymore.

It is possible.

Now, to be clear- I did partial hanging. I shouldn't have woken up. I'm still not sure how the hell I did. I basically gave myself a stroke. Damage was done that took a long time to start to recover from.

I should not have ended up on the ground. My body seized, and moved just right.

Now, if we are talking full suspension- this is a different story. This can still fail if the rope breaks or if one is found, but otherwise….

I have the same fear, that's why I prefer full suspension if I can't get SN before my day comes.

A small amount of partial hanging methods in this forum have been known to fail due to SI from what I have read, but also many instances in general media of successful ones.

Did you move and wake up from the night night method? I only ask as they're very similar methods that use the same pressure on the carotid arteries to render you unconscious.

Nothing, if you do it right.

If you use a strong iron chain secured to a stable beam with burglar-proof locks, the system is basically mechanically foolproof. The chain is strong enough not to break under body weight, and the locks ensure there's no risk of accidentally freeing yourself. If the body is fully suspended, the weight puts continuous pressure on the neck, compressing the carotid arteries and jugular veins. This interrupts the blood flow to the brain, causing unconsciousness within seconds. If the compression continues, the brain doesn't get oxygen, and death comes in a few minutes due to asphyxiation. With a stable anchoring point like a solid beam, there's no risk of the chain or beam failing, so the method is practically foolproof. In short, with full suspension and robust materials, this method is extremely effective and lethal.
It's a good idea to protect your throat with some padding, but it works well even without padding.

Can you describe your partial hanging attempt in detail..your position..how do you think you ended up on the ground..did the knot slip?..what type of damage did you have ? This is my method and I want no mistakes

With partial it's possible, for example by changing your position (you still move though you're unconscious) or if your rope or whatever you use cracks. With full suspension, you're safe once you lose consciousness, provided that you're not found.

I personally had almost made it by partial when I was 14 years old. I had lost consciousness but still made noises. That alerted my dad who found me maybe two minutes too early

Where was your dad when he heard you?I mean how far? It's my method

I don't know. I think he came past my bedroom. At that time I wasn't aware that I would make noises while hanging. Otherwise I would have done it when I was alone of course

from what I know, death from hanging can take as long as 15 minutes and can be very painful

From what I've seen in the videos attached in one of the topics, the body continues to move once consciousness is lost. Something like spasms or tremors.

It is also important to learn how to tie knots properly and buy a strong rope.

I'm going to choose as a 'method' full suspension. Since there's no chance my SI can do anything once i'm hanging by my neck and my feet are off the ground.

I don't know how long I was hanging, but to me it seemed less painful as I had thought. It probably depends on the material you use

Sure.

I used two men's neck ties- yes, they were strong enough. I tested my weight on them repeatedly.

I tied a poacher's knot on one end. Forced it over the doorknob.

I tied a basic slip knot on the other end.

Put it around my neck, facing towards the floor.

I put my feet against the door, and used them as leverage to push my body out and down- to put more pressure on my arteries.

When I woke up, the ties were still hanging from the door, knots in place. I don't know how I woke up- I shouldn't have, ever. My body must have seized just right and then gone limp just right for it to slip over my chin.

If I were to do it again, I would use a type of knot around my neck that will *not* loosen once pressure is removed.

The damage- as I said, I basically gave myself a stroke for who knows how long- I don't have a clue how long I was hanging. I ended up with elevated heart rate and hypertension, severe headaches, increased neck pain, and what I can only describe as brain fog.

Those effects lasted for months.

The disturbing thing from this whole episode is that I discovered just how easy it is to die. I've been longing for it, striving for it, and working for death since I was twelve. Three decades later and I find out just how easy it is and just how peaceful it can be- it puts things in perspective.

I'm no longer afraid of death, and there is peace in that. There is also strength in that- knowing that I can step out whenever I choose.

I won't use this method again- I have quicker lethal methods available to me. But it was a peaceful way to go. It was only a few seconds between applying pressure to my neck with the tie and blacking out. There was no life flashing before my eyes, no light. It was simply my vision going black and then nothing- until I fucking woke up.
