I plan to watch a movie with my favorite meal and just eat any snacks i want until its time to go

Day before I'm gonna order out and watch a film with my family. Something experimental. Then the night of the attempt I'm gonna get very drunk and write my goodbye note before walking to the spot.

Probably nothing special. I'll just be going through my final preparations and todos according to my plan. There will be very little to do on the final day. Apart from that, probably I'll be just lazing around, taking naps, collecting the mental energy to do it. In my experience, doing anything else is just a distraction, and increases the chance of failure or changing my mind. Things like nice meals, watching a show I enjoy, talking to people... What's the point anyway, if within 24 hours I plan to be dead? I either should have done those things already in my life, or I would do them if I didn't plan on offing myself. But doing anything special on the last day makes no sense to me.

There is a distinct relief and great feeling I had when I quit university and also when I quit my job, walking home and the world barely existed. Just felt a relief that washed the surroundings away.

I hope I get that and take a long walk to the place I do it, if not I want maybe a few days isolated from people and wait for good weather to do it. I will also have a good energy drink or can of fizzy drink, fizz head to the grave.

I hadn't thought about it like that. I just wanted to be as comfortable as possible. I probably will be in a location far away from home. I'm looking at the south coast somewhere with natural beauty. I'm not sure what I will do on "the day". Try to stay calm and clear headed. I may say goodbye to a few people in a subtle way (but not to make it obvious). When it's happening (ctb) I hope to have some gospel music or something nostalgic and relaxing playing. Hopefully my mind then will focus on the music and distract from any survival instinct. Then hopefully peace.

That's what I was going to say! Try and keep things simple... I expect I would be going mid morning via SN. So- it rules a lot of stuff out really. Following boring protocols. No nice food or drink on the run up. More likely, last minute preparations and a desperate attempt to keep calm. No doubt a few last minute re-watches of favourite YouTube clips. Listening to favourite music. It's a weird thought though. Just thinking about it makes me nervous.

The ideal would be to do some nicer things on the run up really. Visit some nice places, eat some good food.

The SN protocol has quite a few steps, and I'll need to travel to a hotel to to do it. So it won't be as relaxed as I wish it could be.

I wish I could do it at my own home in the mountains, but I get triggered by trauma out there, and my body wouldn't be found for a while. So the hotel is my compromise.

Watch a movie. Double check that my documentation is in order. Wipe my phone and laptop hard drives. Maybe talk to a few people I'm close to if I'm up to it. I'll have my last favorite meal two days prior since I'll need to fast a day for the SN to be effective.

I... don't know. I feel like I should have some favourite movie to watch or favourite game to play or something, but I'm drawing a blank right now. I'll probably just wanna get it over with.

I think I'm gonna play some Super Mario, watch some anime, do stuff I would do on any other day with the exception of going to the location in the evening and ctb.
The things with meeting friends and having fun with the family, I'll probably do the weeks before.
