  • Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Lately I have been able to live well with a job that I have that only occupies a few days a week, and I have no complaints
Even if I feel like I waste time when I'm not working, that is, when I'm in my leisure time, I end up with a fatal feeling knowing that I did nothing and I feel that it is because of what they instilled in me, that I must work all the days of my life

Any advice?

I consider any time spent as a win, since it leads to my death. If you're not at least passively suicidal I guess that doesn't help.

You could realize that relaxing might make you more effective at working (within reason).

There is also the matter of coming to terms with not living up to expectations that you mentioned. My parents never had any expectations or demands (a big fuck you to them for that, btw) but I had some when I wasn't as fucked in the head. They might go away on their own in time, but pushing and struggling could get rid of them faster (assuming failure occurs).

Even animals in the wild rest because it's needed. As for humans there is a reason every culture has developed holidays. Rest is needed to recover and to don't go mad or die from exhaustion... On top of that in the modern world we work smarter and more effectively than people centuries before us - why would we need to keep working our asses off?

Find a hobby, workout maybe or buy a bicycle.
Reading too might be a good option, I don't advice stuff that forces you behind a monitor as that might make you feel worse.
