Help What do all the Acronyms mean?

Is there a thread I can find to decipher the meaning of certain acronyms used on this site, such as cbt and SN? There's a lot to keep track of. I am new here, but not new to research or information on the topic. But I need to know how to speak the lingo, if I'm going to help anyone or they're going to help me.
