What dosage medication are you ?

What medications are you guys on and what your dosage?

I been more depressed for over a month and I decided I needed to up my dosage of celexa.

But when I called my doctor he said I was already at the max dosage . He didn't want to try another medication because I very bad stomach aches on other medications.

He told me to speak to a counselor but I had a fall out with my last one. I'm still looking for a new one but I'm so busy with work and the holidays. I will probably try next month.

I used to be on 40mg of fluoxetine but to me it felt like it didn't change anything so I am testing to see if it is doing something by slowly lowering my dosage until I stop taking it altogether. If I become worse then I will go back to my original dosage.

Sertralin 150mg. I've had my fair share of medicine trials since I was falsely diagnosed with bipolar disorder, started with aripiprazole and ended taking lithium for some time. I always questioned the bipolar diagnosis and one time I talked to my psychiatrist, said that I stopped taking lithium and my mood stayed stable so he took the diagnosis away. Now I've the correct diagnoses are depressive disorder and OCD. And luckily both are taken care with the same medication

I don't take anything. I was on Fluoxetine for one course but, it didn't seem to do anything. I also self medicated with St John's Wort and 5HTP ages ago which felt like it was doing something at least.

My life isn't as intensely miserable as it was back then so, I don't want to mess about with drugs unless I feel I really have to again.
