I would imagine a heroin overdose as when the paramedics try to administer narcan they fight it off because the high is so good they don't care about dieing. For anyone who has ever used could I get this done by snorting it or do I have to shoot it? I wanna have some enjoyment before I go if I have to. I need a backup plan in case my surgery fails. Also has anyone gone through something so traumatic and life altering they just don't care anymore. For the longest I thought just let me get my health back and I'll be okay. At this point I see life as completely meaningless as I had all these plans and now I'm just hoping some surgery works. I have never felt depression like this before. When it's tied to something physical you can't control then it's just devastating. Last question I have is if anybody has had success with the partner megathread? I wouldn't hesitate to make plans with someone as I'm too depressed to even think straight, let alone how to come up with a successful suicide method.

Ideally, it would be either taking N and then slowly, peacefully, drifting into eternal sleep, or of course having an exit bag with an inert gas (Argon, Nitrogen, Helium, etc.) and then slowly passing out peacefully. Those options aren't available for me, thus the next best option that is reliable, quick, and painless is suicide via firearm.

I understand thst taking heroin, especially the first time, feels so great that thats why people becomd addicted. The first and last time sounds good. Could you OD on heroin by swallowing it? I'm not a smoker and I'd probably choke on a pipe or joint, nor have i ever injected anything into myself. But most of all how to get it?

Injecting is always better. If you swallow h, the liver would eliminate 60-70% of the h (First-Pass-Effect).

I'm not sure is the best way. My idea is getting to sleep with diazepam, and having a brief heart attack by amytriptiline being unconscious. I'm not sure if it works the amytriptiline cocktail but I'll try.

The good part if you jump from a very high place is that you don't feel nothing as, the signal from the body takes more to reach/process the head, I've heard. I don't like heights, so I prefer to avoid the previous anxiety. But nothing prevents me from having a good bottle of whiskey to be more 'secure'.

The best way for me would be: Jumping out an aeroplane without parachute. I love kicks and extreme sports, but i choosed for SN so i can do it home without involving to much people.
