Each time I try to turn my life around (get my eating and exercise on track, spending less time on technology, etc), it goes to shit. I don't have a huge amount of hope left, if any, because it feels so fake. It just wears off for a while and then I'm back to square one again.
I guess the point of improving your life is that you can't control what's going on in the world, but you can control some aspects within your life that may help you.
