My favorite city is the one I call home it is Bangalore (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು) While it does have its challenges, like heavy traffic, I still like this place. I love the weather, the rain, the delicious food, the beautiful nature, the trees, and the wonderful people here.

Wuppertal in Germany. The suspension railway was pretty cool, and I had spaghetti ice cream for the first time :)

I'd have to say Monterey, California. It's a little far but not too far away from where I live and it had everything I could ever want in a city. Not too urban, not too rural. It's kind of like San Francisco but without all the awful stuff about San Francisco. Plenty of seafood and fishing related stuff as well as charming stuff for tourists. That's not even to mention the aquarium and all the other ocean views to see. I considered going to university there when I graduated high school but it was too new at the time so there were hardly any majors. Now I wish I could have been born a little later just to go there maybe my life would have taken such a different trajectory.

My wife and I lived there for five years, then moved back to Pune. I loved Bengaluru. मानसिक अस्वस्थ, am I right? I learned the script while I was there, but naturally lost touch with it when we left.

Wow I hope you had a great time during your days in Bangalore
I'm not sure if that's Hindi or Marathi but I translated it and it seems right
Oh you can speak Kannada (ಕನ್ನಡ) as well?

Oh no, I began studying it when we went down there, but it was too much for me, I'm not that good at languages, and anyway it gets harder as you get older. But I studied it long enough to know what a beautiful language it is, and I at least learned the script. I have a basic knowledge of my wife's mother tongue Marathi.

I always liked the vibe of New York. Although I know it's not what it's made out to be. I heard it's full of trash and drug addicts.

My favorite municipality is probably Tromso of northern Norway. Incredibly beautiful northern town in the Arctic circle.

In case that doesn't qualify as a city, I'll probably go with Chongqing in China. Unbelievably futuristic mega city. The Chinese are truly amazing.

It's dreadful what happened there. I feel terribly for all those people. It never occurred to me western North Carolina was so susceptible to hurricane damage.

In terms of a favorite city, probably somewhere in Northern Europe (but cannot be too much more specific than that).
