• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Seriously? Look at the pound test of the rope.
Do some basic math to figure out how much stress would be placed on that rope- ie, one's weight plus the extra force of whatever one's drop length is.
Then get something significantly higher weighted than that.

That's basic logic.

Sure, you can count for weight and how much the rope can handle, but I think the direction of this question was more for personal surety, comfort and success altogether. Basic logic is one thing, but suicide is another and comfort is often paramount, so having reassurance and confidence from another on top of your own is often needed. And perhaps it's not basic logic for everyone. I know I have trouble researching sometimes from my own exhaustion.

A rope without much stretch. Polyester, polypropylene, nylon are common suggestions. Typically 8-12mm thickness. Thicker ropes are supposedly more comfortable since the force is spread over a larger area, thinner ropes on the other hand would be more effective in restricting blood flow to the brain. Make sure to check the rope's load limit, preferably a few times your body weight to be safe.

You'll need some way to get up to the noose. Probably some kind of step, ladder, chair.

Nah, yo. That info is all over this site.

Hell, that accurate info in the methods is *why* I joined this site.

If this person is serious- and truly wants to die- there are multiple threads that walk through the process, and tell you how to be successful.

If one is capable of typing out a thread, they are also capable of clicking on one.

Please note that I also accurately answered their question.

Mmhmmm.

Exercise that next time.

They asked a question. I answered it- accurately.

Take your weight, add the additional weight of your drop length. That's your minimum. You want to go with a rope much stronger than that.

So.. what's your issue?
I don't know if this person is 50kg or 150kg- they didn't give that information. That's a real big difference. Do you know how much they weigh?

Seriously, it takes some math to figure out the minimum strength of the rope needed to hold an individual at a given height, unless they want to just go with whatever they can get their hands on.

Will 300kg test rope be enough? Yes, very likely. Is it better to do the math, given that this person doesn't want that rope to fail? Yes.

We're talking confidence here, right? I've woken up on the ground. It's better to do some basic math.

I think the issue here is that your tone is very condescending here.

Everyone is here because they're hurt and tired. No need to be awful to each other here too.

The strength of the rope is in most cases not the problen, it is the pressure on the neck that should be low enaugh that you go on when you try to hang yourself. By using a 20 mm mooring rope I, 90 kg, passed out within 5 to 15 seconds. If your weight is for example 60 kg, 13 mm would be adequate.

You're right, my tone was poor. Sometimes my patience is thin, to say the least.

My apologies to the OP.

What other equipment will I need?
Dont know your life circumstance and choice, but i needn't know.

All i need to know Is I am amassing and Army of the Dead(alive) and Undead(Dying) toDefeat the Demiurge. The demon king how is running this place and My mission is to shut down this hell hole. decapitate the Gods and drink their bloods dry and return them to the mother of the omniverse as my scant paltry Gift.

Are you in or out? IT is in your best interest that you gather with the "DeiCide" or "TheoPhage" clan after ending your life.
