I changed the oil in my van today ... a few thousand clicks overdue .
She's my girl , and it's love . A lot of k's and trouble free tentless camping .
Feels good . ( first proactive thing I've done for a while ... )
I listen to some later Dylan , Brian Eno ambients , 80's The The , The Cure . BOWIE ( he's one of my religions ... ) Patti Smith (Horses only) , Tom Petti ( to die for that guitar ) .... Oh and a bit of Bass mans Jah Wobble boring as fuck but one or two epics ....... Cold Play ,
Just yesterday I listened to the CD of Clint Eastwoods blues piano movie and was stoked.
Who else ? Some old time fifties jazz from my family days ... Errol Garner ' Gemini' is basically listening to God tickle the ivories on speed. ( Listened to it since 12yo so totally brainwashed ...)
Music is the ultimate buzz.
Living can be ok with it going on.
( I've listened to music at work ad infinitum for years ... and it's weird the stuff that can stay the distance and the phases of lovin' some stuff and then , not so much any more ... )
Just lately I am putting on stuff quite selectively ... part of a shift I think .

Thank you to all who posted in this thread ...... I feel almost human when I post something and people respond ...... When I go out into the "real world" I am invisible ...... Unless I make someone angry ...... I must admit that there have been a few occasions when I intentionally made someone angry just so I did not have to be alone ...... It sounds crazy ...... However ...... I live in a large American city ...... There is a big imaginary wall between me and the rest of the city ...... I have not been able to connect with anyone outside of school.

No way. No freaking way. We can enjoy stuff before we KTB! I understand not being able to get enjoyment out of anything, but that's a pretty large blanket statement to play off as fact for everyone.
Music is therapy for me. Music blocks out bad thoughts. Music gives me goosebumps. Music explains my feelings better then I can.

I find audio books helps me feel better. Games dont really hold my interest like they once did but there's something about books, being taken away into a whole other world and experience what the character is going through instead of yourself.
