Same basically! Really just depends on what I'm doin tho. If it's something I'm really interested in sometimes I can't help but staying up until morning
I suffer from nightmares and extreme inner restlessness
because of this I cannot sleep long or well
I often only sleep for a few seconds or a few minutes
I usually go to sleep around 12:00 am. Sometimes I go to bed earlier and watch a series. But then, during the night I wake up nervous and it's hard for me to go back to sleep. So, I stretch my legs, do some exercise to get tired and relax.
It's also because where I live it's very hot and the heat doesn't let you sleep well.

or I go to sleep late if I am had trouble sleeping earlier in the evening
or when I start to see tricks of the light and have auditory hallucinations from a lack of sleep (usually loud bangs + random words and noises)
or I sleep wakeup randomly in the early hours of the morning 12:00-4:00 and go back to sleep
My sleep schedule absolutely refuses to be consistent no matter how hard I try. I tend to sleep through the days and be awake during the night during my days off work though. I prefer the night anyways as I enjoy the quiet and solitude personally.
Whenever my body physically can't go on without sleep. I don't even choose to sleep; my lizard brain just pilots my body into a comfortable position, and I just do what I'm doing until I fall asleep midway through. As a result, I've fallen asleep at times as early as 1 PM or late as 10 AM.
I am quite random tho I mostly been going to sleep at 6am and waking up at 12pm and having naps throughout the afternoon or evening. Tho today its currently nearly 8am for me : |
I have severe insomnia. I basically don't have a schedule. Usually I fall asleep at 5-7am. Sometimes I will sleep all day. Some days I'll only sleep for 2 hours. A lot of times I'll stay up for 24hrs. It's medicine resistant, too which fucking sucks. If I do fall asleep at a decent time, like 12am, I'll sleep until 3pm. It's like my body hates being awake while the sunlight is out.
