• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I know that it's a painful thing sepsis but I don't have options except this or foxglove with a tonne of sedatives & I feel like sepsis would be better (I've done foxglove before but how much active ingredient is left in my dried stuff is anyone's guess.

I'm used to using needles (not for drugs) but whilst my veins are weak I can probably get stuff into one.
Any medical people... how much would I need to inject? Will most bacteria types cause it? I don't wanna use poop that's a real phobic issue for me. Would water from plant soil work? Just Amy advice on how to make ot work.
I tried it once and it made me sick but not septic, I couldnt get much into my veins though

Better way would be give yourself a UTI. Guaranteed to turn into kidney infection and then sepsis but it will suck and take forever.

It just doesn't work this way. Your body will do its job usually. Sepsis happens when your immune system overreacts to an infection therefore directly exposing yourself to bacteria is not an automatic ticket to sepsis, your immune system has to also react to it correctly for it to become sepsis.
Maybe it's an April fools joke…

i think this method would be unbelievably awful. i have watched animals die of sepsis and they do not appear to do well. you would need a particularly virulent (dangerous) bacteria in a pretty concentrated culture to overcome your immune system if you are immunocompetent. even then you will almost certainly get caught and recover because it will take days/weeks and most bacteria in your poop or water aren't antibiotic resistant. viruses probably would not cut it and would be very difficult to isolate without a lab.

sepsis complications can often result in amputations. blood clots and shock can kill limbs but not the whole person. i think there's too high of a chance of living with terrible side effects for it to be worth it, tbh. you'd basically need to work in a lab to pull it off, and even then, it'd be tough.

I work in emergency medicine. As others have said this isn't a good idea.

Sepsis is essentially just multi-system infection. If you have a cut on your finger and didn't keep it clean, it could eventually get infected, spread, and become sepsis. Any type or infection can be sepsis. Infected cuts (cellulitis), infected veins (phlebitis, often from IV drug use), UTIs, meningitis, pneumonia, endocarditis, etc. If your immune system fails and you don't get treated, anything can be sepsis eventually.

Because sepsis is not a type of infection on its own and rather a result of spreading underlying infection and immune failure, I would not recommend it. At first you would be dealing with whatever symptoms come from the underlying condition. For example if it was UTI you would have difficult and painful urination, eventually abdominal and pelvic pain and irritation. If it was cellulitis or phlebitis you would deal with hot, painful, swollen, stiff limbs for weeks before it spread to become sepsis.

Then, sepsis itself would take place. It would feel like the worst fever imagineable. You would feel weak, have extreme discomfort all over your body, be clammy/sweaty, and find it difficult to breath. Eventually your body would just shut down due to low blood pressure and acidosis, and you would slowly succumb to your infection.

Definitely not a desirable way to self-inflict death. I know you said your methods are limited, but do you not even have access to hanging? Slowly suffocating to death over a few minutes would likely be more tolerable than this whole process. You also have to consider that if some point someone noticed you were unwell and somehow compelled you to be treated, you could potentially need limbs amputated due to infection so severe it is untreatable, or have organ damage as a result of it.

This website attracts lots of different kinds of people, but the type of people who stay and contribute will almost always prioritize the reduction of suffering above anything else.

The death you're talking about would be extremely ugly. I feel confident in saying that there is no one on this website that wants you to experience that kind of suffering.

Thanks for taking the time to explain this. I didn't realise it took so long, I follow some people online with TNP who seemed to get it overnight so I thought that was how fast it always worked. I had it myself years ago but was delirious from my body failing in multiple ways so I don't recall most of a month & thus must have got an easy ride through it (in way of not consiously experiencing the symptoms).

Hanging scares me, I don't like the idea of a death which I could experience acute panic over what I am doing but be unable to change/control it. Morphine/heroin would be my preferred way to do quickly but it's inaccessible.

Do you think about 100-150 (7.5mg) zopiclone mixed with 30 tramadol (50mg), maybe 200 clonazepam (2mg) would do it combined with alcohol?
I have all that but I took 80 zopiclone as an attempt years ago & ofc it didn't work (sounds dumb now to think it would but back then the only medical joubral papers online described a few people dying at much lower doses so I thought it would be more than enough

I feel the need to mention that trying to OD is also a terrible option. It doesn't work the way we see in movies. It's far less predictable and far more uncomfortable. It's not as simple as just pushing down on a plunger. If those drugs were good for euthanasia, everyone would use them, and this website would be very quiet.

There's a reason why many people spend such a long time on this site planning their suicides. If you want to go in a reliably safe and comfortable manner, it takes a lot of careful effort.

Whether you choose life or death, I hope you find what gives you peace and comfort.

Thanks for your message, I can imagine it's not like the movies, I think I really want this way because i tried to end myself with sedatives some years ago (back then the only research I coukd find quoted upto 4x less os a dose killed 2 patients), in hindsight i was dumb to think 80 zopiclone would kill me but at the time i was 110% certain it would. Aside from the fact it was humiliating as i was found 12 or so hours later & waking to realise i wasnt dead made me cry it was sooo peaceful, there was no anxiety, no pain or fear I just went to sleep. So jn my head I can't imagine a better way then taking a ronne of sedatives & then heroin or the equivalent. I see quite a few people wanting to use that method on here but also quote unable to access. Our country has some of the most notorious tight border control in the world & so I could never import it, heroin is also not a common street drug in our country so it's really hard to get & I'd never trust street sources.
In saying that I can imagine you need a heck of alot & my experience may not be be what dying from opiates would be like

Anyone for your message, I hadn't realised it was so... messy. I have friends on TPN who got sepsis very fast (they survived) but I just assumed that was the norm in terms of it woukd be quick & simple
