Help Where do i even begin?

Making another "attempt" to try and turn my life around and find some meaning.

The problem is I have no idea what the hell to even do, ive been thinking about it the last few days and it's just doing my head in. in my "attempts" in the past ive tried all kinds of crazy stuff but all of it didn't help at all and im still obviously depressed as fuck today.

im beginning to think nothing can turn this life around for me.

anyone got any ideas on what i could try?

I don't know your situation.
Maybe it helps to visualise your goals. And moderate exercise often helps to feel better.
And always take small steps forward and don't give up if something goes wrong.

Psychedelics (maybe), in terms of a hail Mary... ketamine helped me with acute suicidality although I am still dissatisfied...
