  • Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Maybe you want to honor some threads which have helped you. Maybe you revisit some threads and they can make you grin sometimes. Maybe you got some helpful advice or you could relate to a feeling which was described in the post.

I am kind of self-centred but I like some threads which I wrote myself in this section a lot. In general I invest a lot of time in writing threads and I do it with a certain dedication. In my country you would say I do it with my heart.

I am glad some people told me that they got help due to my threads. It felt very good for me. And I like that I could help someone with it. Life can be so hard and cruel. But sometimes minor things can give you for some moments a comforting feeling.

Here are some of my favorites:

I love video games. And they comfort me a lot. They are the best distraction I know.

Yeah this is one of mine but I think it helped a lot of people. Maybe but not this much but at least some positive vibes. Even though they are in a low dosage.

I really like the idea of this thread. In can give people a feeling of appreciation.

Sorry but this is another thread of mine. I like the thread because I helped at least one person to overcome an existential crisis with it. And the positive feedback I got for it proved me again this is no pro-suicide death cult.

Which are your favorite threads?
