• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I read about the Obama Netflix documentation. And I thought well who is still admiring Obama after his mediocre presidency? For me he is one of the most disappointing politicians that I experienced in my lifetime. Hope. Change. Are you kidding me? I think Biden is doing a better job than him. Obama was way too much of a centrist. He was not brave enough and he did not realize that the Republicans didn't want to cooperate. Especially if one considers the super majority he had during his first 4 years it is a joke what he "achieved".

I am living in Germany. I was once a supporter of Angela Merkel. Though I turned my back on her. I kind of enjoy how her legacy falls apart. She did not care about poor people or chronically suicidal people like me. Other people still praise her way too much.

Maybe it was a more interesting question would be which politician did not disappoint you.

I don't think Scholz does a great job. I think in many instances he is an incrementalist and this might hurt the country one day. However I am glad about the welfare reform. It is still a joke and the amount is way too low. I will kill myself because of it. However the reforms are way better than what the conservatives would have done.

Hmmm, I'm not really educated enough to comment to be honest. I think pretty much all the politicians in the UK have been criticized for doing something awful! There are too many to pick from.

To pose the reverse question: name a politician/ president whom you really admire and seemed to do a thoroughly good job.

Boris Johnson
Lockdown worst of both worlds approach

Ok so there are merits to prioritizeing business as usual or instead priority on the containment of the virus.

He didn't even follow his silly meme rules and threw a party every other day.

How are these guys any different to their opposition besides marketing.

Most of the crap they claim to stand against doubled under their watch.

Vote third party, honestly pick one

I was about to say Trump, but I had no expectations at all, so I can't say I was disappointed

I live in Germany too, am still a CDU voter, though many things in this country went wrong the last few years. Btw, I don't think the current government is doing a good job. Way too much influence from the green party. But what disappoints me the most is that all democratic parties can't stand together against the AfD nazis and make them stronger and stronger

Cutting migration is desired due to job scarcity and housing cost, what the west needs is a fronter where people can settle or some way to make it affordable for urban population who hate cities to move out to the country.

As an alternative to AfD or UKIP or whatever why not something like population matters.
As for quality control on migration just make the guy moving over pay for themselves and not subsidise it with taxes.
Taxes spent on new ghettos to support landlords would be better spent sending people over to countries near conflict zones and building infrastructure and new settlements that we could collect dividends from in the future.
The west is having less kids and could peacefully reduce population and reap the benefits.

Just some thoughts

I have the same opinion about trump.
But if we are talking about german politics I have to admit that I have the same opinion about the CDU. I dont have any expectations in them, because they are just way to corrupt ect. and I also dont support many of their other political stances. I am really dissapointed in the Ampel, because they dont so shit and let stuff like lyzerath happen (is that how you write it? Idk) The green party has so much potential but I have the feeling that they just dont know what it is like being poor. The SPD had potential too and their ideal are good but they just dont do shit and the chancelor has a head that looks like a runway (sry but true). The FDP are just corrupt and have dumb ideas but that doesn't surprise me because being corrupt is kind of part of the political direction…
