I always hated when people say Suicide is selfish. Then proceed to keep somebody alive because they can't let go and do the right thing. That's selfish.

I don't care what your reasons are for wanting it. It's your life and your choice.
It's not like death doesn't happen anyway to everyone, so it's not like living a long life vs short life is going to change anything.
There's also not ever going to be a shortage of people to continue on the species in fact as population grows it might be a good idea to let people go if they so choose in a peaceful way.
