• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

My sister's beautiful and vibrant friend died last week. She and her wife used a sperm doner to get pregnant. It wasn't easy and it was expensive. They were so happy to be having this baby. For whatever reason she needed a c-section. Baby came out healthy and she got to hold him for a few minutes. Suddenly she didn't feel right and she died. She was bleeding out and nobody noticed!! They got her heart back but it was too late and she was brain dead. She couldn't even donate her organs.
Family had to pull the plug. So fucking sad. I wish I could trade places with her.

I'm so sorry. I also would have loved to have traded places. Why is it that so many people who want to live die everyday yet we are still here.

I so much understand how you feel.
So sad that someone with a desire for life dies and leaves a baby orphan, when people like us that want it ended for us continue living.
I some times pray to god to take my life instead of young people who die but it never helps.

The fact that life is totally random is what can make it so terrifying. I feel so sorry for that family, what a horrible loss :(

Ah that is sad, not sure if she's in usa because that sounds like a super American medical situation. It does feel sometimes like this kind of stuff always happens to the wrong people. Sorry for your sisters loss. There's certainly not enough good people in the world, and the ones we have aren't protected enough.

Yes uSA. The Dr hit an artery when he sewed her up. There will be a lawsuit on the hospital.

@dust-in-the-wind Childbirth is one of the most dangerous things a woman can go through in her life.

Society glamorousies pregnancy and childbirth but fails to acknowledge that pregnancy and childbirth is so dangerous with a risk of death.

Rest In Peace to your sisters friend.

@nir it's so weird death comes for people who actually want to live but death ignores those who wish to die.

I admit I live so dangerously but I still can't die but someone who wanted to live ends up dying in a random road accident, accidental choking on food in a restaurant, fall down some stairs or just some accident it's so not fair.

Life is such a cruel game

@dust-in-the-wind It is negligence. All the money in the world can never bring her back.

We trust doctors to keep us safe and it's scary when doctors fall to do so.
This should have been a joyful time for the family and it ended up like this. A newborn baby is a symbol of new life, new fresh start and is supposed to be a happy time but instead a family are planning for a funeral and that child is going to grow up without a mother.

Money can't bring her back but it can ease the financial burden on the parent that's left to raise the baby alone on a single income. It's been devastating for the family as you can imagine. Funeral is tomorrow.

It's sad how people who have so much going on who wish to live for years keep on suddenly dying but rarely happens to those wishing for an end. Death doesn't seem to chase those longing for it. It's things like this among others that makes me inclined to agree with those that believe suicide to be "the plan".

This is so sad, I can't imagine how her wife must feel having to deal with her loss and raise this child by herself, it really breaks me how honest good people die everyday without reason, life is cruel and unforgivable and I really wish it wouldn't have to be
