life is short, make it shorter

I texted a mental health crisis line on the internet on my computer, but then the responder on the other end said that they were going to contact EMS for me. Wwww isn't it confidential? I planned for only vocalizing a few complaints about daily life on the helpline but somehow I've stepped on a landmine.
I thought I could dodge the police calling by saying I only had really poor suicide methods that had low success rate, and that I wasn't going to ctb within 24 hours, but in the next few days
I've got to put down this suspended heart of mine, and I need to finish some work. I can't help but worry a ton
hypothetically, how would they contact EMS at all? a computer has no phone number and I did not disclose personal information was it a suggestion from them? an empty statement?
is it fine to stop worrying?
