will using a opioid make partial hanging quiet?

unfortunately i'm already tolorent to the opioid so i can't get high from it but i was hoping it could at least make my partial hanging quiet. i can't be thrashing myself to the door when i hang myself on the doorknob with my scarf

because my uncle will walk in and ill become a vegetable

any help i would really appreciate

There's nothing you can take that will stop your body from thrashing around when you're unconscious.
