  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hi all,

Just wanted to share something that has helped me, maybe it can make some kind of difference for some here, especially when it comes to energy.

I started doing this Wim Hof breathing method and then coupled it with cold showers and it definitely gives me energy, reduces anxiety a little bit, and at times gives me more confidence too. I've also heard it does wonders for the immune system.

The guy has basically discovered a physiological hack of sorts, if you google Wim Hof you'll see he's done some crazy shit like sit in the coldest water and places in the world and not feel anything .

Here's a link to the beginner's breathing:

The cold showers part can be hard but I've found if I go in with warm water and then turn it cold while I'm in the water it's easier, and then I just got used to it. This part is nothing new, I think there's always been a lot of info out there on the benefits of cold showers.

Hope it can help some.
