I wanna go to an inpatient hospital but there's no way unless you've got insurance. Last time I tried even tho I had psychosis they wouldn't admit me.

I know unless one puts in the work they won't be able to "fix" themselves, but there aren't exactly much good facilities to help you fix yourself here, I'm the type of person to need specialised care like a case manager. Still, I'm basically a neet so it's hard to think it'll help me either way

Where (about, dont out yourself being to specific) do you live? Most places if you tell a doctor or law enforcement officer that you're planning on actively putting yourself or others in imminent danger you will be forced to be admitted. Not really something I'd suggest as it can certainly cause other issues (loss of certain rights, potential harm from treatment as you will not be free to leave, etc).

On the potential other side of the coin, as an unemployed adult in many states you could potentially qualify for free insurance provided by the government. When I lose my job - which happens when my health deteriorates too much - I've always qualified for medicaid coverage here in the US. it's definitely worth looking into.

No matter what, I hope you manage to get access to the help and care you want and need. Being on the outside and looking in at something that might be a lifeline is very depressing and defeating.

I live in a western european country which you'd think would help but doesn't surprisingly. Thing is I don't really plan on ctb right now since I have no plan, they all fell through especially SN as I've no access. I've tried partial hanging and that's not ideal. Saying I'm suicidal but not having a suitable plan that I'll do soon always leads them to be dismissive.

Even if I said I actively planned to ctb they'll only hold me for 3 days then discharge, there's no programs they'll send me to, only would give me a phone number for if I'm feeling like it again.

I probably should've put this in the recovery subforum now that I think about it.

Strange i'm also from a Western European country.

I was admitted 10 times since the end of 2020.

Just tell them how you feel and that you are severely depressed.

I also told them that I was suicidal and I did some self Harm + I had addictions for years.

I hope you will find proper help. Keep trying.
Try to get a recommondation letter from your GP or psychiatrist or go to the ER and say that you need to go to a psych ward asap.
