An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
So many bitter mfs work retail and they're usually managers. They'll try to blame their attitude on their bosses getting on to them but I'm pretty sure they've always been pretty miserable. I've worked two retail jobs and I never really hated a job itself I've just hated management and the company attitude. Stuff like that does not have to be so hard but people make things so much harder than it has to be because f*** you I'm angry

I worked retail as a custom service manager and regular employee and it's hell. I got shit from customers, I got shit from my boss, I got shit from his boss, I got shit from corporate. My employees loved me but the pay was atrocious and it was killing me quickly. It can drain the life from you and you can definitely become very bitter very quickly. From top down it's not generally a healthy environment to be in, from my experience at least.
