I have heard of people who died through sudden tragic deaths being turned into ghosts, I am worried that will be me
An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Yes that would not be good.I have heard of people who died through sudden tragic deaths being turned into ghosts, I am worried that will be me
not necessarily, I have just heard of thisIs that belief of yours rooted in some kind of religious doctrine?
Not trying to be flip, but I've heard of werewolves, the Easter Bunny, and Santa Claus, but that doesn't mean they exist.not necessarily, I have just heard of this
Those who are not? Those who were adopted and never met loved ones let alone people they knew personally?.Those that are spiritual believe that souls that die are greeted by angels/spirit guides/loved ones ect and take to the other side.
The movie "martyrs" will inform you enough. This might sound like bullshit but I worked in content moderation for years and I think will desensitise you enough to CTB - (if that is what you wish otherwise forget it.)You should watch some of the near death experience (NDE) videos on you tube. They really bring a sense of comfort about what's going to happen to us in the afterlife.
I dont have the answers was just saying what those who have had ndes report. Those who are not? Those who were adopted and never met loved ones let alone people they knew personally?.

I know :)Apologies sincerely to you Divinemistress36.
my comment wasn't an attack.
That fear can certainly be alarming, and although I'm an atheist with a materialistic view on metaphysics who is tempted to cast doubt on the possibility, I technically don't know.I have heard of people who died through sudden tragic deaths being turned into ghosts, I am worried that will be me
I really wish this would happen. I just worry about being stuck to the location of my death, though ive watched a lot of NDE experiences that all had a similar experience of being able to choose or think and go, if chosen not to pass through some portal or something. Sounds fictional, but i hold to this belief. I'd like to be able to visit or look over someone after death. I just don't want to experience it in a physical realm anymore.I have heard of people who died through sudden tragic deaths being turned into ghosts, I am worried that will be me
thank you, this was really comfortingSomething to consider that may help you feel better:
Humans have been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years, and yet you never hear any stories about unexpected encounters with ghosts of cavemen, hunter-gatherers, ancient Egyptians, or medieval serfs. People from eras of humanity where sudden and tragic deaths were a fact of life. The ghosts are always from the 18th Century and later. That would mean ghosts are less an objective truth and more a manifestation of cultural expectations, or if you want to really believe they're real, their spiritual energy wanes over time, meaning they eventually fade away for good. Regardless of which path you want to take, I think you'll be fine in the long run.

Also, ghosts are always fully dressed. Why not naked ghosts? Why would they need to wear clothes at all? What about all the people that die in tragic accidents, where their clothes get torn and messed up. If they have to forever wear the outfit they died in, wouldn't we occasionally see a ghost with their pants ripped and their butt hanging out?
This is just to add another perspective when thinking through this stuff, ghosts/spirits are a very common fear in many cultures and I don't judge you at all for worrying about it. I think when you're able to talk through and examine this stuff, it helps to ease worry and consider where these beliefs might have come from (like @avalonisburning mentions).
