  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Apart from my physical health issues I have a list of cosmetic surgery procedures I feel I need to get done in order to make me feel "complete" or at ease with myself. Some of them are purely cosmetic but others I feel I really need, for example, eyelid surgery, because one of my eyelids feels really droopy. People say they don't notice but they're just being polite.

If you had cosmetic surgery what would you get done and would it make you feel better about your life?

None. I hate both needles and being "cut in". I've had so many operations due to an accident, and everything hospital- like scares me. When I was young, I really hated my birth mark (?), and I would probably tried to get rid of it back then. I have some friends with silicone and some use Botox in their face, and if it makes them happy, I'm just fine with it.

It probably would make my life better for a little while honestly. As for what I'd want done, facial feminization surgery, tracheal shave, breast augmentation(maybe, depends on my growth.), body feminizing surgery(maybe). And then there's some non-cosmetic ones I definitely need (genital reassignment surgery), voice feminization surgery(or maybe I'll just become mute?).
I don't know. I need a lot and even then I won't ever be a cisgender woman.. sigh

I think there's no operation that would make me attractive but a nose job would make a big difference. Side-on I look like fucking bird! Can't afford it, though *sigh*. I've asked my parents to pay for it but they just say "it's a Roman nose" and doesn't need surgery.

I could be the most beautiful woman in the world and it would still not change what's going on inside with me mentally. If there was surgery to reverse that, I'd be totally down.

I wouldn't I hate going to the doctor, and surgey is way to invasive for my taste. However, cosmetic surgery can sometimes be necessary for peoples mental health.

If it was successful. I had botched plastic surgery twice now, and I want to try again to get it repaired and have a chance of looking semi normal, but since it happened twice I fully expect the next time to be the same and I don't think I can handle that.

I had breast cancer, and my reconstructive surgery was a mess. And I lived with it for a couple of years and then went to have it fixed, and the doctor was really happy with the results. But it is so much worse than the first time. I am devastated every time I look in a mirror. I can't bring myself to let anyone see my chest. I can't live like this much longer, and I'm afraid to try again. But it would make so much difference if it could be successful. It would fix half of my problems probably.

Had breast reduction, thought it would make me feel better. Results were sub-par (though better than it was, I guess). Still feel like shit.

I'd have breast augmentation. Right now I'm 5'4" and 126 pounds with an A cup. People laugh and make rude comments. I've tried all the things. I can never wear a swimming suit or T shirt.

I'm so sorry for you two. People really underestimate how important breasts are for everything. Self-esteem. Did you lose any sensation when you had surgery? My entire chest is completely numb on top of being mutilated. Just too awful and there's no fixing that.

Thanks for your kind reply, it means a lot to me. I'm sorry for you gals too. Breasts are the source of so much pain. I'm lucky that the whole area is still sensitive, albeit not in a good way, just weird and somewhat painful, unnatural.

I think I know what you're talking about, and it sucks. I have a couple of random places that have kind of started getting sensation back over the years, but it feels creepy and I don't like them touched because it almost feels like dead people skin... I don't know how to explain it. I get phantom pains and itches that aren't really there, because stuff is just actually very numb. I just hate to hear of anyone living with this kind of thing because it really does suck.

Wow, what a world we live in that people would make rude comments based on your breast size... some of the most attractive women in the world have very small breasts. Kira Knightly is one if them.

My first girlfriend was an A cup she barely had any breasts , that never made me feel like she was not attractive or made me wish she had bigger breasts. She had so many other wonderful qualities...

I am sorry you have people around you that make you feel insecure about your body.

here it is almost 2020 and humans are still obsessed with big boobs and sports cars...

The human race is doomed.

Damn, that sucks donkey balls indeed. Sounds worse than what I'm experiencing. Mine wasn't a reconstruction, but "just" a reduction. I was <100 pounds with an E cup, genetics are weird :notsure:. There were some minor complications during and after surgery. At least the result looks OK from a distance and the chronic back and shoulder pain is gone. Maybe I was expecting too much.

The weird feelings do suck though. Only comparison I have is this surgical scar on my left foot (it got crushed in a bicycle incident). It's almost ten years old and I still hate touching it. When I touch it, it feels like I'm touching it a few millimeters away from where I'm actually touching it, such a weird feeling.

You might want to look into scar massage if you haven't already. For me, if anything, it helps with acceptance. Feel free to PM me/chat me up if you want to talk.

Your flaws might actually be real, but chances are still that the real problem is a mental one which surgery won't fix.

It's weird isn't it. Never knew a guy in school or college who actually hated small breasts. It's even quite attractive if the girl knows how to rock it.

Might as well try to have a revision but even if it will be successful, I will never look how I supposed to look if that arrogant dick hadn't botched me.

yes. i have a thom yorke eye (except it's a lot milder) and i'd really like to get my eyelid lifted, as it is quite irritating and slightly blurs the right side of my vision. other than that, i'd like invisalign or something... i had braces, but i never wore my retainer afterwards. now, my entire jaw has shifted and it's very painful!

I had breast reduction surgery just over 2 years ago and it has definitely made me feel better about how I look in certain clothing, but of course, it doesn't cure anything deep down. I also have had botox and fillers in my face which definitely make me feel better about how I look when I'm having a good day, but again, none of this matters when you are in the throws of a crippling depressive episode.

I would definitely have more work done if I was able to. It does improve some surface aspects of your existence but no deep down healing goes on.

The way i look is the reason i want to ctb. I have skull deformity called plagiocephaly it twists the face and there is no cosmetic surgery for this. So well i would be happy if there was but im out of luck. So only suicide will relief my pain.
