hi all, i'm unsure if i'm using the right prefix, maybe it'd fall more under method?

i have suspected hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome and although i do not have a firm diagnosis i meet the criteria for it and all i really have to do is see a doctor that can diagnose it and do the beighton scale tests in front of them.
my body just stretches very far and can be put under a lot of stress without it actually making me feel anything. like with yoga or stretches, i have to go really far in order to feel much pressure at all.

my current chosen method is partial hanging, but seeing how i already have joint hypermobility, i'm having second thoughts because i don't know if i'll be able to put down enough pressure with how my body moves.

i don't want to suffer due to it and just hang there for a while because my body won't cooperate. i know if done correctly you should be able to pass out within a few minutes, but i don't know if that is possible for me. i also have a hard time even locating my carotid arteries despite following guides and advice on where it is and how to find it etc.

if anyone else is hypermobile and also plans to CTB this way and has more wisdom than i do it'd be much appreciated, but even if you aren't hypermobile your advice is also very much welcome.
