  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Every night it's the same fucking thing. Go to sleep. Wake up after 4 hours. Can't fall back to sleep.

After I eat something I then have a complete crash. I have literally no energy and my mental capacity is limited. Coupled with the fact that women don't interact with me at all and so many people treat me like dogshit makes me certain I'll ctb soon. A miracle if I make it to 2023 tbh.

It's actually worse for me. I'm getting like 3 - 4 hours sleep a day, and waking up in between as well. And once I do, the nightmare only continues for the remainder of the day. Yes life's great.

That sounds horrible what you have to go through. It can be torture being trapped in this human body. I understand it is hard to carry on when you are suffering so much. Whatever happens, I wish you the best.

Part of what's keeping me alive is my life's so bad it can only get better. If I can get rid of my insomnia I'll be the happiest man in the universe

Same here, insomnia is crippling me at the moment, I am like you, whatever time I wake then that in.

You give some hope in the post that if you crack this thing then it's the first step to getting out off this hole. Are you getting anything for it?

Sorry only just saw this. Melatonin helped but not with staying asleep, but with falling back asleep. I don't like it though because I want to fall asleep fully naturally. Magnesium glycine helped for a couple of days but was useless after that. Not taken the serious drugs like benzodiazepines or opioids. I don't listen to doctors anymore because they're full of shit when it comes to a problem like this. The brains functions is complicated and you should try to understand how it works.

Bothersome tinnitus = trash sleep, so I feel you.
If I get 6 hours straight sleep it's a miracle these days, getting by on about 4.

Always tired but it doesn't matter my body just won't let me sleep properly.

Have you gone to a sleep specialist? I also had problems with not getting enough sleep. It turned out I had sleep apnea and didn't even know it.

I wouldn't recommend suicide for insomnia until you've at least consulted with a doctor. This is a problem with very practical solutions.

I suffer with insomnia as well. I personally did not like being medicated- however, Trazodone will keep you asleep. Especially larger doses. It's not for everyone but does help some.

I personally don't take it because of the beginning effects, & that my insomnia stems from night terrors- but if it's your brain just not allowing you rest, Trazodone is def a good option.

Not if you have severe idiopathic refractory restless legs syndrome.
