It's not that people are scared, it's that there are restrictions on who is allowed to buy it, for obvious reasons. A lot of people just don't qualify.

Yeah, that's 2022. Well known and available. Most on here want the 2024 version, although I really highly doubt there's going to be any groundbreaking updates or revisions in it, INCLUDING ANY NEW SOURCES FOR N.
