  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

So for the past 6 months I've been dealing with consequences of trauma and trying to process it and understand it and now I feel like the trauma doesn't affect me no more but also I started feeling extremely depressed I cannot move think work or do anything and I wonder whether anyone here experienced something similar. What is happening

It sounds like your parasympathetic nervous system could be overactivated, also known as the "flop", "collapse" or "play dead" response. It happens when the nervous system deems that you're in so much danger that there's nothing you can do to escape it and it responds by numbing you instead of activating you.

Might be wise to consult with a specialist(maybe psychotherapist?)
