I hate who I am lol. Fucking pathetic, was doing good but idk you ever get that "probably gonna die anyway" feeling? Like a lingering cloud of impending doom. Current situation not good, no clue what to do lol. It's going to be me or her kids... but I did say if I can get them back in your life without me, then I will. Had a guy who knows where I go to get help make a joke about how they're looking for me so they can 5150 me. It's so strange how the world can be my oyster and in the blink of an eye feel like I'm walking amongst enemies.

When things change with intensity, it might be good to have some routine that no matter whether things are good or bad, can serve as a point of stability. For example, someone who walks to the local library every Teusday evening and reads for an hour or two might find the routine a stabilizing point regardless of what else might be happening. Hang in there.

That's a good plan, mine just never seem to work out. I hate being sober but I'm trying to find my "thing"
