Am i being unreasonable expecting my parents to suggest suicide?

I don't think i would ever get over it but with time I would maybe come to accept it but that is only because I have attempted myself and i have that perspective which other parents will not have.
Just in the way you want your children to do well and be happy,it is the hardest thing to see them suffer and not be able to help.
Its a difficult question and you are not heartless for asking.

My dad basically gave me the green light to kill myself. But only because of my particular story, and my life is literally completely annihilated beyond belief or any hope. He just doesn't want me to do it at the house, but sorry....I need the shed in the back yard.

He never would have been in a million years. He is pro-life. So am I, for the most part, but I respect other people's decisions. But my life is honestly so apocalyptic that I can't put it into words. I am unable to function at all, and I am literally just always wailing into my pillow. It's been years now, and it's permanent. He's hoping for a miracle, but he doesn't want to see me suffer anymore. I even hear him mumble under his breath sometimes, "You have to die." I believe he is prepared for it..

yes majority of all humans have that misery understanding that at some point death is the best option even if they don't want to admit it.
