Any tips to handle anger problems?
I just punched my wall 10 - 13 times and I destroyed a bunch of stuff, I think if I continue this my knuckles will suffer from my habits of punching the wall.
Any tips?

Exercise. Or force yourself to do something strenuous outside.

try not to
easier said than done but iirc what i did/had to do. of course i typically hit my head so ive been suffering from concussions which is a little more immediate than "i might hit my hand on a stud" which i also did almost do. i went back to look at the hole and the stud was right there lol
but yeah, its a hard thing to stop. ill still flair up, but less often

Having a proper outlet for your anger is essential. Things like working out/sports tend to help me a ton so I would reccomend you find a sport you enjoy or join a gym and lift heavy weights
