Some good stuff on here! Lol that guy who fainted, it sounded like he had to be crowd surfed to get him out of there. I was not getting it lol.
In-person orchestra is such an experience. I remember Phantom of the Opera made me cry with other worldly bigness. The vastest. It's sinply too much to handle for some lol. It's hardcore. I was in the front row and the tenor was singing so forcefully that he spat! More than once...
Can't think of any examples, but I am partial to cheesy little kid stuff lol, back before your dreams were squashed. Apparently David Newman scored parts of my childhood lol. It has some awesome 50s tunes blended in for the period if you're not familiar. Takes a minute for track to hit its second gear.

This is 20s Big Band, may not be for everyone. But it was the party scene back then so it works. The movie was great so it wove it in if it's not your cup of tea on its own. I love a nice horn (or sax!). Blow baby blow! Why it makes me feel young again..

Then this is just a mix of opera and symphonies but it's cool because they're used on the back drop of a sexy scene, a plotting scene, carrying out a secret scene, etc. Very scandalous. Also stars my bf as the lead so really everyone wins.

I like pretty yet sinister stuff too. Something that really tries to puncture through the speakers to get to you. I'm sure there are better examples but all I got was this dramatic piece fit for a murder of a Humphrey Bogart.

Phantom of the Opera was the first big theatre production I saw with my God Parents and I was absolutely blown away. I still go through Phantom phases.

Shutter Island was a really good film. I love thriller films with a twist.
